The Mersen Protistor® S300074 (PC32UD69V1000TF) is a high-speed, square body fuse-link engineered specifically for the state-of-the-art protection of power semiconductor devices, including diodes, thyristors, and IGBTs. This ultra-fast acting (aR) fuse provides maximum flexibility in equipment design and superior protection for modern power conversion systems.

Constructed with die-cut elements embedded in solidified sand, the fuse offers precise control over arcing characteristics, resulting in lower I²t values and high interrupting ratings. All contact surfaces are silver-plated to ensure optimal conductivity, and the non-magnetic hardware prevents interference. This model features flush-end metric threads for secure mounting and includes a built-in striker for remote signaling via an optional microswitch.
