Overview
The Beckhoff EL1098 is an 8‑channel digital input EtherCAT Terminal for 24 V DC signals using ground‑switching logic. It features a fast 10 µs input filter for low delay acquisition and is suitable for direct connection of multi‑channel inductive or capacitive sensors via 1‑wire technique. Inputs are galvanically isolated from the E‑bus, with per‑channel LED indication.
